Artists Lisa Brummer and Bec Duff are the duo behind Australia’s exciting contemporary collective, BRUMMER DUFF. From their studios in Sydney and the Northern Rivers, the pair come together to bring beautifully curated shows to the international art market.

Lisa Brummer is a Sydney based contemporary figurative artist. Having studied and had a career in fashion and design in London and South Africa, Lisa’s natural inspiration is drawn from dramatic glamour and shadowed imagery with a punchy, urban street appeal. Whether it is glamour girls, Palio racing horses or our backyard birds to vintage cars, Lisa’s work strikes a bold, infectious presence to the viewer.

Having lived in Cape Town, London, Malaysia and Sydney, Lisa’s work is an exciting mix of these cultures, colours and vibrant energies to which she has been exposed. From wild brush strokes to the enticing colours, her art is striking to say the least.

Lisa’s works can be found exhibited commercially and residentially across Australia, America, Europe and South Africa. Lisa has worked privately and commercially with companies such as Kookai Australia Chadstone, Kookai Highpoint - Melbourne, Colette of Colette Hayman Accessories Australia, award winning hair stylist Emiliano Vitale of E Salon and Front Cover for Big Picture Magazine in the USA.

Bec Duff is a Northern Rivers based abstract watercolour artist and surface designer. Bec's landscapes are built with fragile, transparent layers through intuitive movement and gestural mark making.

Bec works with watercolour paint on canvas, linen and paper, slowly building layers, moving between intuitive movement and more gestural and deliberate mark making.

In 2019, Crown Resorts engaged Bec to create a series of paper based watercolour works to be installed at Crown Sydney, Barangaroo. The original artworks were hand painted on watercolour paper then digitally transformed into large scale limited edition 1 of 1 fine art prints.

Bec's work is held in private and commercial collections in Australia, the USA and Singapore and is exhibited at her gallery, Art Kind in Byron Bay, Australia.
